Direct and indirect extrusion

The upstream and downstream systems enable to handle both soft and hard aluminium alloys.

The isothermal extrusion can be obtained by the combination of rapid log heaters and the billet taper heating by gas or induction.

Extrusion die ovens overhead type

The state of the art of dies preheating is reached by the use of an overhead multichamber oven loaded/unloaded from the bottom and with a nitrogen atmosphere.

Floor handling of baskets or by automatic cranes

The automatic handling of baskets can be performed either by driven rollers or chains or by an automatic crane. The combination of the two above methods is possible.
